Can I cancel a parking session early and get a refund for unused parking time?

The tariffs which apply at each location are set by the parking operator rather than PaySmarti. Remember that in addition to the parking charge there may be additional charges for using the service and for confirmation and reminder text messages. If you believe that you have been overcharged please check with the relevant parking operator.

If you have been charged for the same parking more than once on a particular date using the PaySmarti service then you will still need to apply to the relevant parking operator. The operator will then be able to authorise a refund if appropriate.
