How will I know if my transaction has been successful?

If you pay by calling the PaySmarti number, you will be told ‘your vehicle has been parked’ once your payment has been authorised and completed. If you have opted for a confirmation message you will be sent a text.  If the payment does not complete you will be told this on the phone.

If you pay by text you will always get a confirmation text. On the web or mobile web you will see a parking confirmation screen once the transaction has completed.
