My phone is out of action, can I use another phone to PaySmarti?

If you cannot use your mobile phone to pay for or extend a parking session, you cannot phone the PaySmarti number from a landline.

You can use another mobile which is already registered against your account. If you use a mobile phone which is not registered on your account we will treat you as a brand new customer and you will have to give us your vehicle registration number and credit card details again. You can pay using our online system here.
